Nottingham Forest face Crystal Palace tonight looking to build on a positive start to the 2024/25 Premier League campaign.
The Reds have made a promising start to the season but are still looking for a maiden home win of the season this evening.
Forest went to Chelsea before the international break and claimed an important point, drawing the game 1-1.
Chris Wood scored his fourth goal of the campaign and earned praise from Ally McCoist for his efforts.
Matz Sels was also in fine form during that game and it’s the Forest rearguard that has caught the eye this season.
Nuno Espirito Santo has worked hard to improve defensively and hopefully, things will become far more settled this season.

Morato shares why Nottingham Forest have started so well this season
The defender was signed from Benfica for £10 million on transfer deadline day and is awaiting a first start for the Reds.
Forest have a settled pairing of Nikola Milenkovic and Murillo at the moment and Morato knows he will have to be patient.
The Reds are going to go into tonight’s game looking to play on the front foot on home soil and take advantage of Palace’s situation.
Morato has taken well to life at Forest, coming on to see out some big results on the road for the club.
He’s shared why things have been so productive so far this season – praising Espirito Santo for his approach to matches.
Morato told Record: “It’s a very positive start which is mainly down to our ability to defend well and go on the counter-attack.
“The game here in England is very fast and if we give players like Salah or Palmer the space to think and run, it gets complicated.
“We have tactical flexibility and in my opinion an intelligent effective strategy of pressing quickly after losing possession. This has worked.”
Morato will have to continue waiting patiently
The Brazilian defender is vastly experienced despite his somewhat tender years and ultimately he’s a player who has played in the Champions League.
Morato isn’t the first choice at Forest right now though and he will have to remain patient in the quest to get his chance at the club.
Milenkovic and Murillo are both starring at the moment and they look like immovable objects in the Forest team.
In Morato, Forest do have a quality player waiting in the wings on the bench, however, and he will surely get some game time as the season progresses.
